- Brief introduction to knowledge management (KM) concepts.
- Knowledge management is more than just a comprehensive corporate intranet. Analysis
of current technology developments designed to facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration
across organisations of all sizes.
- Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) tends to capture the explicit knowledge of
your employees. This is generally the things that are easist to learn when a new staff member
starts. Tapping implicit knowledge is a more complex process.
- KM for succession planning. Knowledge management practices can also be applied for turnover
of "C"-level executives. This is generally more difficult, because only the board can enforce
compliance.

the rigour of a project management approach.

to measure your success in building momentum at milestone points along the project path.
- Communication is the key to successful change. This means your strategy should be clearly
defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Technology can be useful to facilitate open lines of communication between management and
