Our People
Ben founded Virtual Xpert Pty. Ltd. in 2006 and works full-time as the company's principal consultant.
Ben's special areas of interest are enterprise architecture and technology systems, particularly enterprise
resource, customer relationship, supply chain, knowledge and content management information systems. Ben has
worked with several large multi-national corporations in full-time and contract positions, most recently with
the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, managing a
multi-million dollar project.
Ben performed his undergraduate study at Macquarie University,
where he completed a bachelors degree in law and a first class honours degree in critical and cultural theory.
More recently, Ben completed his MBA from the Australian
Graduate School of Management, the leading business school in the Asia-Pacific region.
Nicole co-founded Virtual Xpert with Ben and works with the company on an ad-hoc basis, providing advice
on project management, conducting requirements workshops, business analysis and motivational techniques. Nicole
has a great deal of experience managing people and projects at the
Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Anthony is Virtual Xpert's internet and software usability expert and design specialist. Anthony is
the proprieter of RedAntMedia and works with Virtual Xpert
on an ad-hoc basis.
Darryl is a technical specialist with skills in content & knowledge management and internet publishing
systems. Darryl's main interests are in search engine technology, metadata and classification systems. He
provides advice to Virtual Xpert on these topics and other IT areas on an ad-hoc basis.
Rajarshi is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants (FCA) and teaches classes in the FCA program. He recently left the Australian
arm of American Express Company after 10
years service to start his own business. The last position Rajarshi held at American Express was Director
of Small Business (Australia). He is an accomplished business writer, having authored over 50 published
articles on a wide variety of topics. Rajarshi works with Virtual Xpert on an ad hoc basis, providing
advice on financial analysis and issues facing small and medium size enterprises (SMEs).
