Organisational change occurs when a new work system is introduced, or, an existing system is improved. Virtual Xpert's focus is not only on initiating and implementing organisational change, but in building systems that can adapt and change themselves, according to changes in the external and internal environment. Based on the classic people, processes and knowledge triangle, Figure 1 shows our idea of a good work system, one that has adaptation at its core.
